CarSignal is the AI-native operating system for independent auto repair shops.

Most shops still run each repair across disconnected management software, scan tools, parts catalogs, service information, texts, spreadsheets, and knowledge kept in technicians’ heads. That fragmentation slows diagnosis, creates duplicate admin, and leaves customers waiting.

CarSignal connects the full repair process in one system. AI agents research vehicle-specific failure patterns and surface the tests that confirm or rule out each cause. The same system carries each job from booking and intake through inspections, estimates, parts, approvals, payment, and follow-up, so technicians spend less time searching and updating systems and more time fixing cars.

CarSignal is the AI Operating System for Auto shops. CarSignal provides a complete end-to-end operating system for mechanics and shop owners. We’re live in over 40 shops across 18 US states and are expanding every day.

**🤯 The Problem**  
The average auto repair shop in the US runs across multiple different systems, none of which talk to each other. With over 300,000 of these shops existing in the US, the problem is vast. Owners are trapped paying for a web of complex disjointed software in order to maintain basic functionality.

**🛠️ The Solution**  
CarSignal fixes those discontinuities, streamlining recurring tasks that every shop runs daily. We deploy four Agents across the traditional auto shop stack to boost efficiency and lower lift time. A voice agent is deployed as the shop's receptionist, a custom OBD-II scanner provides factory-level context to a diagnostic agent who aids in finding root cause issues in the vehicle. CarSignal also provides an estimate agent who finds real parts and labor times across wholesalers to give accurate estimates instantly, and a marketing agent who keeps track and reminds customers of overdue service and scheduled maintenance.
